My little baby girl turned one on Saturday! We had a pink and green polka dot party and ate strawberry cupcakes and homemade chocolate, vanilla and strawberry ice cream. Yummy :) Katie seemed to very much enjoy all aspects of the party :) We tried all day to get her to say "one" and hold up one little finger, but alas, no such luck! Her new favs are screeching, yelling, "NANA" for any kind of food - especially bananas, and lying flat on her back with her hands behind her head, oh so cool and comfy. :) Grammy introduced her to the finer points of homemade ice cream...
