Oh yeah!

We totally sold our house and I never posted anything. How insane is that?! I was paranoid about jinxing it at first, and then the closing got postponed, so I still hesitated, and then when it was all said and done ... I said.. NOTHING!? Duh. Anyway, we closed on our house almost a month ago!? We were lucky enough to have missed making 2 house payments by like 2 days I think. Amazing the way things work out, isn't it? After all this madness... We are very, very fortunate :) Our realtor was really great - though we totally broke her avg! (Sorry Mandy!) She sells homes very quickly (11 days avg!) and until us, her longest was only like 40 or something. Ours hit 72, but really, that isn't so bad in this crazy market. We're just glad the madness is all over and we can focus on the fun stuff - like buying new furniture! :)
