Evan has taken to playing with our couch cushions. Forts are the norm, but these two were pretty creative -After reading a Christmas story recently, he proclaimed this creation a Christmas tree and even found a gold star sticker to adorn it (It looks very small in this picture, but it is on the right top pillow.) He was very proud!
This he proclaimed to be a book. He read a story to me while he turned the pages of the book (flipped the cushions from one side to the next.) I don't think I could've come up with that one!
This was his latest Dora inspired drawing. From the ABC animals episode - his favorite. I thought this was hilarious - Dora is on the left - after looking at it for a minute, I realized he even used the right colors for her shirt, shorts, socks and shoes. There are even purple straps for her backpack. Evan is always melting my heart with the way he does things!

I have to say, I'm pretty impressed with the book of cushions. I'm even more impressed with his drawing and letters. He's amazing!!!
